Which New Condo Buildings are Planned for Downtown Sarasota?

The beautiful city of Sarasota, FL is looking to add on some luxury condominiums in order to increase the real estate market in the area. Lastly, the third condo to be added to the downtown of Sarasota is the Vue on Sarasota Bay, which won't be quite ready until 2016, is going to be at US 41 and Gulfstream Ave. The Vue will be 18 stories tall and feature water views, underground parking, and luxurious gathering lounge.

Golden Gate Point in Sarasota
