Sarasota Receives the Clean Air Award

Air quality is very si-highlight--primary and can become part of the decision making process of moving to a new area. Recently the Honeywell's "AirGenius Awards" were given out and the Sarasota-Bradenton area was name the third best area in the country for air quality. This was after a study of 100 cities and metro areas, which found South Florida to be the nation's best area for clean air after taking the three top spots.

The air quality is due to the great climate found in Sarasota, with an average temperature of 73 degrees year-round. This also lends well to the many outdoor activities including boating, golfing tennis and fishing, which help make Sarasota one of Florida's recreational capitals. The 15th Annual Sarasota Film Festival

This is an event for the whole family with something good for everybody. Opening night features a Film & Party, Cinema Tropicale and the Conversation Series, followed by a full week of fun.
