William "BIll" Wargin
As a Florida native raised in Pinellas County, Bill has watched the Greater Tampa Bay area grow from orange groves and single-lane roads to the beautiful subdivisions, amazing dining, and popular entertainment venues you see today. Prior to entering Real Estate, Bill served the citizens of Pinellas County as a professional Firefighter for over 23 years. He holds a master's captain license with the US Coast Guard, which was earned after years of experience and training operating both on his own boat as well as the  fire department’s rescue boats. Over the course of his career Bill rose to the rank of Lieutenant and was a member of the Special Operations Group until his retirement in 2017.
Bill began his real estate career specializing in the areas he knew best, waterfront home sales, first-time buyers, new construction homes, and renovation buyers. To serve his clients to the fullest extent, Bill continued his education earning the GRI designation and his Brokers license. Utilizing more than two decades of experience in construction, he also earned his Florida Home Inspection license.
These experiences and more give Bill a unique and valuable perspective when helping his clients navigate Tampa Bay's real estate market. Whether you're buying or selling – new to the area, or a native-like Bill, he would be honored to take part in your real estate journey.
